PSA nitrogen generator uses air as raw material, carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, uses the principle of pressure swing adsorption, and uses the method of selective adsorption of oxygen and nitrogen by carbon molecular sieve to separate nitrogen and oxygen, and produces nitrogen automatic equipment. The carbon molecular sieve is based on the slight difference between the kinetic diameter of O2 and N2 to achieve the separation of nitrogen and oxygen, and the kinetic diameter of the oxygen molecule is small, so there is a faster diffusion rate in the micropores of the carbon molecular sieve. The kinetic diameter of the nitrogen molecule is larger, so the diffusion rate is slower, and the final enrichment from the adsorption column is high-purity nitrogen.

Introduction to the process:

The ambient air is compressed and purified, and after the oil, water and dust are removed, it enters the pressure swing adsorption device composed of two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieves. Compressed air flows through the adsorption tower from bottom to top, and oxygen molecules are adsorbed on the surface of the carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen flows out from the upper end of the adsorption tower and enters the crude nitrogen buffer tank. Regeneration is achieved by stopping the adsorption step and reducing the adsorption tower pressure. The two adsorption towers alternate adsorption and regeneration, thus ensuring a continuous output of nitrogen.

Technical features:

1. The raw material air is taken from nature, and nitrogen can be produced only by providing compressed air and power supply. The energy consumption of the equipment is low, and the operating cost is low.
2. The purity of nitrogen is easy to adjust, the purity of nitrogen is only affected by the amount of nitrogen exhaust, and the purity of the nitrogen conditioning equipment of grain depot gas is arbitrarily adjusted between 98% and 99.5%.
3. The equipment has a high degree of automation, fast gas production, and can be unattended. Start and shut down with just one button to press a button, and nitrogen can be generated within 10-15 minutes of turning on the machine.
4. The process flow of the equipment is simple, the structure of the equipment is compact, the area is small, and the equipment is adaptable.
5. The blizzard method is used to fill the molecular sieve to avoid the pulverization of the molecular sieve caused by the impact of high-pressure air flow, and to ensure that the molecular sieve can be used for a long time.
6. The digital flowmeter is a secondary instrument for industrial process monitoring with pressure compensation and high precision, and has the functions of instantaneous flow and cumulative calculation.
